Karris McKie-Kaiser Selected for Automotive News 40Under40 Class
Karris McKie-Kaiser, Internet and Marketing Director of McKie Ford Lincoln has been named as a member of Automotive News' 40under40 Class of 2017.
The 40Under40 Retail program is in its sixth year, honoring individuals who have accomplished outstanding achievements in the automotive industry. Candidates for the 40Under40 award will currently work in a dealership in any department and have demonstrated, substantial business accomplishments. The nominations criteria, as well as the review panel is a rigorous process and there are so many outstanding candidates that being chosen is quite an honor.
Past honorees for the 40Under40 Retail award are all top-rated performers in their areas, many which accomplished a significant goal to assist their dealership in some way. Karris has built McKie Ford Lincoln's Internet Department from the ground up, creating a regional program catered to customer acquisitions and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Her typical day includes reviewing and tracking department reports, directing advertising activities and coordinating with third-party vendors, and directing the Customer Experience program. Vital to McKie's continued success as a preferred dealership in Rapid City, the Customer Experience program ensures that every month the staff is updating all processes and procedures so that customers have the best experience at McKie possible.
About Karris:
Karris McKie-Kaiser has served in many departments at McKie Ford Lincoln since 2007 and is currently the Internet and Marketing Director. Karris graduated from Stevens High School in 2007 and graduated from Black Hills State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management. In July, she will graduate from the National Automobile Dealers Association's Dealer Academy Program. She has also been selected as a panelist speaker for the Women In Automotive conference that will take place in July in Orlando, Florida.
